  • Caucasian men, 18-25, who are amputees or who have facial scars to play hospital patients;
  • African American men and women to play patrons at a juke joint.

    NEW YORK SAG/AFTRA OPEN REGISTRATION

    If you are a member of SAG or AFTRA, you may attend a NY open registration day. Scroll down for details.

    Grant Wilfley Casting holds open registration for SAG and AFTRA members at our New York offices on the first Wednesday of every month, from 11am to 4pm. To participate, SAG or AFTRA actors are invited to stop by on an open registration date. SAG or AFTRA actors should bring a headshot and resume. They will fill out a form, and a digital picture is taken. All union actors interested in doing background work should attend only once for 2008. Do not stop by at any other time. No phone calls, please. Again, this open registration is for Screen Actors Guild or AFTRA members only.

    If you are a SAG member who has visited Grant Wilfley Casting’s office and registered since open registration resumed in December 2006, you may respond to any posting by sending an email message containing your name, contact number, and any requested information to the email address listed in the posting. If you have not registered (or re-registered) with Grant Wilfley Casting since December 2006, please email a recent digital picture or snap shot, contact information and some basic size information when you respond to the posting.
